Items that are customized can not be returned or exchanged. Any items that are not customized and brand new, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
What is the time frame for receiving orders?
The normal time frame is 7-10 working days from the time your store closes. Shipping delays and availability issues do affect the time frame, however if your team will be affected, you will know ahead of time.

Do we pay the Coach or UniformsX?
Pay will be based on the coach's decision. If the coach prefers a dedicated store, you will pay thru the store. If the coach decides to pay all up front, players will reimburse the coach.
